Before you disable the feeds

If you disable the default feeds, apps and platforms cannot get these feeds as before. Existing subscriptions can stop getting new episodes.

A custom feed does not automatically replace a default feed that is already in use. Before the change, check which feed URLs your platforms and listeners use. A planned move requires a working redirect to the correct destination.

Make sure that the new feed opens and contains the correct episodes. Check that the audio files play. Do not disable the old feed as a replacement for a redirect.

Did you disable the feeds by mistake?

Enable the default feeds again. Save the setting. Then check the original feed URL. If the feed still does not open, contact Podigee support with the feed URL and the error message.
