Blog Themes

Blog themes set the page layout of your Podigee blog, including episodes, text and images.

Select an existing theme

Open the blog settings for your podcast. Examine the themes and design settings in your account. The selection and editing options can be different for each account and theme.

The Standard theme has its own design settings. These settings are separate from the HTML file editor for custom themes. Before you change themes, make sure that the new theme shows the necessary functions and content.

Edit a custom theme

If your account has an editable theme copy or a custom theme, you can edit its HTML and CSS files in the Blog Theme Editor. HTML and CSS knowledge is necessary. You cannot edit all existing themes in this way.

First, work on a copy and save a backup of the previous theme files. Code errors can cause problems with the blog display. Examine the changed pages before you select the new theme for your podcast.

Keep the previous theme so that you can select it again if necessary. A change back to that theme does not automatically restore changes to its files.

Custom design

Podigee does not offer a custom blog design service. You create and maintain your own custom theme.
