Include Podigee in your privacy policy

Your privacy policy must give information about your use of Podigee for your podcast and website. Include the functions that you use, such as the embedded player, analytics, and additional services.

The Podigee privacy policy gives information about data processing by Podigee. A link to that policy does not replace the information necessary for your own service.

Prepare the text for your service

The earlier sample in this article used legitimate interests as the legal basis. It also stated that Podigee anonymized data before database storage. Do not copy these statements without an examination of your configuration. The legal basis and necessary information depend on your service and its data processing.

Ask your legal or data protection adviser to examine your text against your configuration and current contract documents. Include the purposes, data types, recipients, retention periods, and rights of data subjects. Podigee does not offer a privacy policy template.

Data processing agreement
