How can I cancel my subscription?

If you have an annual subscription the notice period to cancel is 30 days before your plan will be renewed. If you have a monthly subscription the notice period to cancel is 7 days before renewal.


You can send us your cancellation within the Podigee contact form in your Podigee account. Alternatively you can send us an email to hello@podigee.com. If you are sending us an email please make sure you send it from the same address that your Podigee account is on. If you are a professional customer you can send us an email to our pro support email: pro-support@podigee.com.

Upon cancellation all payment information is deleted and the subscription will no longer renew automatically. You will have access to your Podigee account until the end of the term.

Please be aware that with the end of your subscription all your podcasts hosted by us will be depublished and later deleted. In case you'd like to keep them we recommend to save them first or contact us about downgrade options.
