When encoding your episodes, you may occasionally get the following error message:
"Encoding error: An unexpected error has occurred. We are aware and are going to analyse this as soon as possible."
Here are a few tips on how you may sort out the problem on your own:
Upload via Dropbox
When uploading via Dropbox, it can happen that the file is no longer where it originally was before and this causes the upload to Podigee to fail. To solve the problem, simply remove the clip by using the "Remove Clip" button and try again.
Sometimes the name of the file causes the issue. We recommend using short file names to avoid possible problems due to special characters.
Links in the chapter marks
If you save links in the chapter marks, make sure that they are accessible. When in doubt, simply remove the link.
