Change your Podigee Plan

Do you want to change your Podigee plan? No problem! There are two different ways, depending on whether you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan:

Upgrade to a higher plan

Upgrading is simple and can be done directly through your account:

1. Log in to your Podigee account.
2. Click on the flag icon in the navigation bar.
3. Select your desired plan and follow the instructions.

The upgrade will take effect immediately, so you can start using the additional features and capacities of your new plan right away.

Downgrade to a lower plan

A downgrade cannot be done via self-service, as it requires individual review. In this case, please contact our support team at hello@podigee.com, and we’ll assist you with the process.

Please note that a downgrade can only take effect at the end of your current subscription term and may come with certain limitations (e.g., reduced features, downloads, etc.). Our support team will provide detailed guidance on this.
