How to Submit Your Podcast to TuneIn

Submitting your Podigee podcast to TuneIn opens up a whole new audience for your content, allowing listeners from around the world to discover and enjoy your episodes. Follow these simple steps to get your Podigee podcast listed on TuneIn.

Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth submission process:

  1. Create a TuneIn Account: If you don't already have one, you'll need to create a TuneIn account. Visit the TuneIn website and sign up for an account. Make sure to remember your login credentials as you'll need them later.

2. Navigate to the "Podcaster" Section: Once you are logged in, scroll to the bottom to the "Community" section and select "Podcaster".

3. Select "Publish Podcast": In the "Podcasters" section, look for the option to Publish Podcast. Click on this option to begin the submission process.

4. Enter our Podigee RSS-Feed and Contact Details: You'll be directed to a submission form where you'll need to provide some information. Here's what you'll typically need to include:

  • Podigee RSS Feed: This is the URL of your podcast's RSS feed. It's what TuneIn will use to fetch your episodes and display them to listeners. Make sure your Podigee RSS feed is valid and up-to-date.
  • Contact Details: Provide your contact details so TuneIn can reach out to you if they need further information or if your submission is successful.

5. Submit your Request: Double-check all the information you've entered to ensure accuracy. Once satisfied, hit the Submit button to send your request to TuneIn.

6. Wait for Approval: After you've submitted your podcast, it may take some time for TuneIn to review your submission. Be patient during this process, as it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.

7. Enter the Show URL in the Podigee UI: Enter your show URL in the Podigee interface under "Exports" -> "TuneIn". This entry will then also be displayed in the Podigee web player.

Once your podcast has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive confirmation from TuneIn. Your podcast will then be listed on the platform, making it accessible to millions of TuneIn users worldwide.
