Submitting to iHeartRadio

Use iHeartRadio for Podcasters to send your public podcast for possible inclusion. Sending the feed does not mean that it is approved.

Regional availability

iHeart lists the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand as supported regions for direct submission. If you are outside these regions, contact Podigee support about possible submission options. This does not mean that Podigee can send the podcast for you.

Send your podcast

1. First search for your podcast on iHeartRadio to prevent a duplicate listing.
2. Open the linked podcaster portal. Select "Submit Your Podcast". Sign in to your iHeartRadio account or follow the registration steps.
3. Enter your public Podigee RSS feed URL. Examine the podcast and follow the verification steps. Do not send personal feed URLs with access credentials.
4. Read the content and license terms before you complete the submission.
5. Examine the status in the portal. After approval, examine the public podcast page and its episodes.

You can prepare new episodes in Podigee during this time. Publication in Podigee does not mean immediate publication on iHeartRadio.

No confirmation email?

Examine your spam folder. Follow the iHeart verification instructions. People can read an email address in a public RSS feed. Use an address for public contact. Do not share verification codes.

Save the show URL in Podigee

If the URL field is available under "Exports" → "iHeartRADIO", enter the correct public show URL. Then examine the web player link and its display settings.
