Submitting to Podcast Addict

Podcast Addict is a podcast app for Android. Use the steps below to send your public RSS feed manually.

Send the public feed

  1. First search for your podcast on Podcast Addict. If the correct listing is already there, use its show URL.
  2. Examine your public RSS feed. Make sure that the title, description, cover, and published episodes are correct. Make sure that the audio plays.
  3. In Podigee, open the Podcast Addict connection under "Exports". Start the manual process if the option is shown. You can also open the Podcast Addict submission page.
  4. Enter your public RSS feed URL. Follow the provider instructions. Do not send personal feed URLs with access credentials.

Podcast Addict gives an estimate of up to 24 hours for indexing. The provider gives this as an estimate. Approval can take longer. Examine the result and any error messages.

Examine and save the show link

Open the public podcast page. Make sure that it shows the correct podcast before you save its show URL in Podigee. If the field is available in the connection under "Exports", enter the show URL there. Then examine the link in your web player. The player settings can also change which links it shows.
