Managing Comments in the Podigee Blog

With Podigee, you can manage comments on your podcast episodes directly in the blog. Here you will learn how to view, approve, or reject comments and what to remember.

The comments displayed in your Podigee account and the ones you are notified about originate exclusively from the Podigee Blog. Listeners can leave comments on each episode page. Comments from external platforms such as Apple Podcasts are not displayed or managed through Podigee.

Viewing Comments

In your Podigee account, you can check which comments were left on which episode in the blog. You can find this under the "Comments" menu behind your email address.

Approving or Rejecting Comments

  • Approving Comments: When a comment is approved, it becomes publicly visible in the blog.
  • Rejecting Comments: Rejected comments are not displayed in the blog.

You can always change this decision later. A rejected comment can be approved at a later time – and vice versa.

Responding to Comments

It is possible to respond to comments by writing a new comment yourself and approving it. However, please note:

  • The original commenter will not be directly notified of your response.
  • The commenter would need to revisit the episode page later to see your reply.

Notes

To keep your blog interactive and professional, it is recommended to regularly review and moderate comments promptly. This allows you to address questions or feedback from your listeners and actively engage with your audience.
