Add an imprint to the Podigee blog

Use the Blog section to add your imprint text. An imprint is a legal notice that identifies the publisher. The necessary information depends on your country, legal entity, and activities.

Edit the imprint

  1. Open your podcast in the Podigee dashboard.
  2. Open the Blog tab and the Imprint section.
  3. Enter the text approved for your service. To insert HTML, use HTML mode if your editor has this option.
  4. Set the imprint display to on if a switch is available. Save the changes.
  5. Open the public blog and its imprint link. Make sure that the complete text is shown and the contact links work. A custom theme can change the display.

This is not a complete legal template

The earlier template with “§ 5 TMG” is obsolete. Germany's general information duties for digital services are now in § 5 DDG. Additional duties can apply. A change to the name, address, and email address alone is not always sufficient.

Use text approved for your service. This example shows HTML formatting only. It is not a complete imprint:
