Imprint for the Podigee Blog
How to Add an Imprint to the Podigee Blog
If you use the Podigee blog, you are (depending on legal requirements) obligated to provide an imprint on your site, especially for commercial podcasts. In Podigee, you can easily create your own imprint page.
How to add an imprint:
- Open your podcast project in the Podigee Dashboard.
- Click on the “Blog” tab.
- Scroll to the “Imprint” section.
- Enter your personalized text for your imprint or switch the editor mode to HTML to insert the following code (see below).
Template for your imprint
As a starting point for the imprint, there is a template below this paragraph where ideally only your own name and address details need to be replaced. You can also create your own imprint using, for example, the generator from eRecht24.
In both cases, you need to copy the HTML code and paste it into the page you just created.
<h1>Impressum</h1>
💡 Tip: Regularly check your imprint and make sure all information is correct and up to date—especially your contact details and legally required information (e.g., for media companies or freelancers).
⚠️ Note: This does not constitute legal advice. If in doubt, have your imprint reviewed by a legal professional.
