Apple Podcasts | Claim Token

A claim token connects an existing Apple Podcasts listing to your Apple Podcasts Connect account. It does not create a new listing or move your podcast hosting. Only use a token that you made for the correct podcast and account.

  1. Sign in to Apple Podcasts Connect. To create an account, follow Apple’s account instructions.
  2. At the bottom of the page, select "Claim Existing Show" under "More Actions".
  3. Find your show. Make sure that its name and cover are correct. Follow Apple’s instructions to make a token. You can use the token for seven days.
  4. In Podigee, open "Exports" for the correct podcast. Select "Apple Podcasts". Open the claim token field. Paste the token and save.
  5. Then examine Apple Podcasts Connect to make sure that the show is in your account. Saving the token in Podigee does not show that this process is completed.

The token is put in the RSS feed for verification. Do not also publish it in support examples or screenshots. If the field is missing, contact Podigee support.
