The field "authors" should contain one or more names that represent the maker or makers of this podcast.
Most podcast clients show the authors in visible and prominent places.
The field is especially important for people who have more than one podcast, as listeners to one podcast can easily navigate to others by the same authors.
The author's field will be exported to the RSS feed as <itunes:authors> tag.
