Upload multiple audio tracks for one episode

Multi-Track Upload lets you upload multiple audio tracks for one episode, such as separate speaker recordings. Upload, processing and publication are different steps.

Prepare tracks and contributors

The file name is the proposed track name. Examine it and change it if necessary. To select contributors for tracks, first create them under Team in the podcast settings. A contributor entry gives information about a person. It does not automatically give that person account access.

Upload the tracks

1. Open the episode's Multi-Track Upload, if it is available in your account.
2. Drag an audio file into the upload area, or select the file.
3. Examine the track name and upload status. Select the correct contributor if necessary.
4. Repeat for the other tracks. Make sure that all necessary files are present and that no incorrect file is selected.
5. Select Submit audio tracks when all uploads are completed and the button is available.
6. After submission, examine the saved tracks and any error messages.

After upload

The tracks are inputs for media processing. A successful submission alone does not show that an MP3 file is ready or that the episode is published.

Examine the processing and publication options under Media File. Follow the steps shown there. Listen to the processed episode before publication. Make sure that you can hear all speakers correctly. Contact Podigee about errors with the episode, track names and error message. Do not publish only because upload is completed.
