Podcast Name (Subdomain)
Podcast title and web address
The podcast title and its subdomain are separate values. In a standard address such as der-news-podcast.podigee.io, der-news-podcast is the subdomain. A custom domain can use a different address.
The subdomain must be available. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. A suggestion from the podcast title does not reserve the subdomain. Read the messages in your account when you save.

Before a change
If you only want to change the podcast title, do not also change the subdomain. A subdomain change can change existing feed addresses, links and embedded players.
Before a change, record the old feed addresses and the platforms where your podcast is published. Prepare the redirects and updates to your embedded players. Read Changing the Subdomain | Dummy Podcast.
If you use a custom domain or cannot safely set up the redirect, contact support before the change.
